What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information Vanshora Labs collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the project inquiry form and send to us. That is:
- Your name and email address, which we need in order to reply
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it
- The project type, budget range and timeline you select
- The description of your project, and how you heard about us
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics software, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. We do not build a profile of your browsing.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested — as part of operating and securing the site. We also briefly hold your IP address in memory to limit repeated form submissions from the same connection.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to discuss and scope the work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and for our own business records afterwards. If a project does not go ahead and you would like your inquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are validated on the server. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential material — credentials, financial details, or anything under NDA — through the inquiry form. We will set up a secure channel when it is needed.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
